A budget-conscious front-yard planning concept created to give the Jenkins household a clear direction before HOA approval, contractor bids, or material purchases. The plan focused on a cleaner, more intentional entry with a straight paver path, simple full-sun planting, rock-based beds, and most of the existing lawn preserved.

Outdoor Living Master Plan

A long-range backyard planning project developed to help transform a large, loosely organized yard into a connected garden retreat. The plan brought together habitat planting, informal paths, a stronger fire-pit gathering area, an existing pergola retreat, future soaking-pool possibilities, and protected space for a possible house extension.
